-lluinnar- "completely, totally" goes before the ending. After "not" it means "not at all": "is not bad at all".

She's from Italy and she loves Spanish food. (mamari- "like the taste of" + -lluinnar-)
Spaniamiuupput, Italiamiullu nerisassaatai mamarilluinnarpaat.
